★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não visitei está loja, mas havaianas tem muita propaganda e pouco a oferecer, pois toda vez que tento achar um produto de lançamento nunca tem, mesmo na loja virtual, mandam email dizendo que chegou o produto e não é verdade, uma forma errada de fazer com que você visite o site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja é ótimo.Mas qnd vc quer fz uma troca é horrrrível...vc pode falar por telefone, por e mail por watts, vc não consegue fz a troca. É uma empresa q só pensa no lucro não ouve a reclamação do cliente .. Não indico mas pra ninguém,estou com uma troca foi autorizado e até agora nada já vai pra quase 2 anos... é isso mesmo . É um absurdo .mas infelizmente é uma empresa q só pensa no seus interesses.
The service in the store is great. But when you want to make an exchange it's horrible... you can talk over the phone, by email for watts, you can't make the exchange. It is a company that only thinks about profit does not listen to the customer's complaint .. I do not indicate but to anyone, I have an exchange was authorized and so far nothing has been going on for almost 2 years... that's right. It's absurd .but unfortunately it's a company that only thinks about your interests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja foi bom, porém a qualidade dos produtos estão cada vez pior, comprei uma sandálias havaianas graduent sunset linda sandália, paguei um valor considerável R$60,00, no dia das mães em 9 de maio e em menos de um mês, em exatamente 13dias a sandália está desbotando, saindo a tinta, sem contar que percebi que o anti derrapante não funciona escorrega muito. Fiquei decepcionada, pois sempre gostei muito dos produtos havaianas, mas infelizmente está deixando a desejar.
