★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, na hora da venda recebemos até uma certa atenção.. não tinha o modelo que eu queria na minha numeração então a vendedora falou vai passando pela loja que sempre chega.. ai quando precisei trocar um produto já foi bem diferente, um rapaz de cabelos longos acredito que o gerente foi o primeiro a se esquivar, ele estava bem na porta, quando cheguei falei boa tarde e perguntei sobre trocas, toda resposta que recebi dele foi vai ali que as vendedoras te atendem.. não teve um retorno ao meu boa tarde, não teve uma simpatia.. ao chegar nas vendedoras... perceptível as atendentes se esquivando uma má vontade explícita, alegaram que não tinha a numeração que eu preciso e que eu teria que pegar outra.. ao perguntar sobre reposição a única resposta que recebi de forma ríspida foi não temos.
Tudo isso aconteceu na loja do shopping Taboão da Serra - SP
Lousy service, at the time of sale we even received some attention .. there was no model that I wanted in my numbering so the saleswoman said she goes through the store that always arrives ... then when I needed to change a product it was quite different, a guy with long hair I believe that the manager was the first to dodge, he was right at the door, when I arrived I said good afternoon and asked about exchanges, every answer I received from him went there that the salespeople attend you .. there was no return to the my good afternoon, there was no sympathy .. when arriving at the salespeople ... noticeable the attendants avoiding an explicit ill will, claimed that they did not have the numbering that I need and that I would have to get another one .. when asking about replacement the the only answer I received harshly was we don't have it.

Atendimento super humano não escolhe quem atende dão atenção a todos.
