Cheguei a esta loja para realizar uma troca de numeração, a atendente Jaqueline me informou que não seria possível realizar minha solicitação. Questionei o motivo, a mesma que alegou que por conta do produto ser de coleção antiga ela não poderia efetuar a troca, pois não existe mais esse modelo em seu estoque. Falei que trocaria por uma coleção atual e pagaria a diferença se fosse o caso, mas mesmo assim ela continuou alegando que não seria possível ficar com esse modelo antigo em estoque. Achei de uma má vontade terrível. Não INDICO esta loja.

Terrible!!
I arrived at this store to make a number change, the attendant Jaqueline informed me that it would not be possible to make my request. I questioned the reason, the same one who claimed that because the product was from an old collection, she could not carry out the exchange, as this model no longer exists in her stock. I said that I would switch to a current collection and pay the difference if that were the case, but even so, she continued claiming that it would not be possible to keep this old model in stock. I thought it was terribly unwilling. I DO NOT INDICATE this store.
Disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedoras MARAVILHOSAS otimo lugar pra ir com cachorros loja estava super cheia não ia conseguir entrar pra pagar com a minha cachorra(labrador) a vendedora Pamella ficou com a minha bebê do lado de fora da loja cuidou super bem as outras meninas também cuidaram muito bem a vendedora que me atendeu uma fofa (acho que Elisabete) enfim loja super boa com um atendimento MARA
WONDERFUL sellers great place to go with dogs the store was super full I couldn't get in to pay with my dog (Labrador) the seller Pamella stayed with my baby outside the store she took great care of the other girls too. saleswoman who attended me a sweet (I think Elisabete) finally super good store with a MARA service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita variedade e boa disposição dos produtos, mas os preços continuam EXORBITANTES. Não há justificativa para uma sandália de borracha de baixa densidade ser vendida a um preço tão alto (em média, R$75,00 o par!!).
Lots of variety and good layout of products, but prices are still EXORBITING. There is no justification for a low density rubber sandal to be sold at such a high price (on average, R$75.00 a pair!!).
