★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazia bastante tempo que não me deparava com um serviço tão ruim. Atendentes mal educados e mal treinados. Fiquei um tempão à mesa com os pratos e talheres das pessoas que a haviam ocupado anteriormente. Quando a atendente, depois de insistentes pedidos veio, somente retirou a louça e não higienizou a mesa. E o pior de tudo os atendentes que se deslocavam do Havana para o estabelecimento ao lado, entravam e saiam com a máscara, ou abaixo do nariz ou no queixo. Péssimo para a marca Havana, a qual considero excelente. *Ficou 1 estrela simplesmente porque o sistema não me permitiu deixar "0".
 It had been a long time since I had come across such bad service. Poorly educated and poorly trained attendants. I spent a long time at the table with the plates and cutlery of the people who had previously occupied it. When the attendant, after insistent requests came, she only removed the dishes and did not sanitize the table. And worst of all, the attendants who moved from Havana to the establishment next door, came and went with the mask, either under the nose or under the chin. Terrible for the Havana brand, which I consider excellent. *It was 1 star simply because the system did not allow me to leave "0".

Estive hoje no local, a garçonete só apareceu uns 10 minutos depois de sentarmos na mesa (que estava bem suja), disse que voltava para tirar nosso pedido, sentou outra pessoa na mesa do lado e ela foi prontamente atender a outra mesa. Me senti extremamente ofendida e fui para o Dify (na mesma rua, com atendimento incrível e um café de surpreender).
Super triste como um mal atendimento pode fazer você nunca mais botar os pés em um local.
The place is good but the service is terrible. I was at the place today, the waitress only appeared about 10 minutes after we sat at the table (which was very dirty), said she would come back to take our order, sat someone else at the next table and she promptly went to another table. I felt extremely offended and went to Dify (on the same street, with incredible service and a surprising cafe).
Super sad how poor service can make you never set foot in a place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banheiro masculino imundo e ao relatar ao funcionário que ia nos atender, ele disse que era melhor reclamar no site. O mesmo funcionário estava com uma máscara que constantemente caía enquanto tentava explicar um dos cafés.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local agradável, limpo com ótimo atendimento. Porém, as expectativas não atenderam a realidade, o capuccino estava frio, o pão é congelado e não fresco, além disso estava com pouco requeijão.
Mas eu adoro a marca, o Alfajor e o doce de leite são maravilhosos!
Seria interessante os gestores prestarem mais atenção nesses pequenos detalhes que fazem toda a diferença!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado demais. Se você não acionar a campainha, que está no porta- guardanapos, mesmo você estando na frente da garçonete, ela não atende. Café aguado. 10 minutos pro chafé chegar à mesa, depois de eu reclamar.
Não volto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos uma vez e a cafeteria não tinha quase nenhum item do menu. Pedimos churros e veio murcho. Não está no mesmo padrão de outras lojas da havanna.
We went once and the cafeteria had almost no menu items. We ordered churros and it came soggy. It's not up to the standard of other Havana stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente bem localizado no coração do Morumbi (Panamby) esta unidade da Havanna preserva o charme e o cuidado que se encontra na maior parte das casas da rede. O entorno também é bem legal. E os produtos carregam a qualidade que todos já conhecemos. Vale a pena passar ali.
