Com relação a esta loja/quiosque, o atendimento é ótimo, o pessoal é bem atencioso e ajudam na hora de escolher a melhor opção. Recomendo bastante.
Evaluating Havanna's products and stores is always a bit complicated, since everything is always very tasty, we want to eat more, but the price is almost prohibitive. Regarding this store/kiosk, the service is great, the staff is very attentive and helps when choosing the best option. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos da cidade de Campinas e sempre tomamos café na Havana do Ribeirão Shopping quando estamos em viagem na cidade. Infelizmente hoje fomos muito mal atendidos. Certamente pelo fato de que o proprietário do estabelecimento não estava no local, apenas duas atendentes das quais demonstraram total desinteresse em atender a nossa família (estávamos em seis pessoas). Sequer conseguimos fazer o pedido. Retornaremos quando proprietário, que é muito simpático e profissional, estiver no estabelecimento.
We are from the city of Campinas and we always have coffee at Havana do Ribeirão Shopping when we are traveling in the city. Unfortunately today we were very poorly attended. Certainly due to the fact that the owner of the establishment was not on site, only two attendants who showed total disinterest in serving our family (we were six people). We were able to place the order. We will return when the owner, who is very friendly and professional, is at the property.
