 Ridiculous service, through advertising they are willing to answer within the cowork but they don't know how to answer the phone and they still play deaf. shame for such a reputable brand

A atendente discutiu porque não queria esquentar um café que estava frio. Não compro mais uma água ali! Completamente incompatível com a qualidade que a marca tem.
Worst service I've ever had in a cafe.
The attendant argued because she didn't want to heat up a coffee that was cold. I don't buy another water there! Completely incompatible with the quality that the brand has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão mau atendido em um estabelecimento, fui até o balcão para fazer o pedido ea atendente pediu para que eu aguardasse na mesa para ser atendido. Fique um bom tempo esperando e nada de atender, depois de um bom tempo esperando chegou outra cliente ea atendente pegou um tablet e foi atender a mesma e me deixou esperando de novo. Levantei e fui para a cafeteria da Bauducco lá sim fomos bem atendidos . Nunca mais volto nesse lugar.
I have never been so poorly served in an establishment, I went to the counter to order and the attendant asked me to wait at the table to be served. Wait a long time and don't answer, after a long time waiting, another client arrived and the attendant took a tablet and went to answer the question and left me waiting again. I got up and went to the Bauducco cafeteria there, but we were well attended. I never go back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes foram bem receptivos . Uma marca famosa e a máquina de cartão débito/crédito não aceita Pix pelo QR code e a operadora do caixa muito mal educada ao tentar passar o cartão pela segunda vez .
The attendants were very receptive. A famous brand and the debit/credit card machine does not accept Pix by QR code and the cashier is very rude when trying to swipe the card for the second time.

Super nice place, but what impressed was the quality of the snack, high quality ingredients, very well prepared. Great service. It is located inside the Grand Plaza mall. Affordable prices, which are well worth paying for.

Fui com minha esposa, filha e sogra para experimentarmos as tão comentadas bebidas com doce de leite.
O atendimento foi muito confuso, não vieram itens pedidos, muito desorganizado.
Íamos nos sentar na frente da loja e após minha sogra (82 anos) se sentar, o atendente pediu para que mudássemos de lugar, sentando em umas mesas um pouco mais afastadas da entrada da loja. Ao caminharmos para o local, vieram outras pessoas e se sentaram onde iríamos nos sentar. Tivemos que voltar para a mesa onde já estávamos prontos para ocupar.
Fizemos nossos pedidos e após receber 3 itens, questionei sobre o faltante, então o atendente disse que iria resolver, voltando depois para anotar novamente o pedido.
O pedido feito de um chocolate gelado veio na verdade quente.
O pedido do Dulce de Leite Quente foi feito com a anotação sem canela e veio com canela (vi posteriormente na comanda que tinha a anotação "sem canela" bem abaixo do item) e para reparar foi retirado com uma colher de cima, deixando resíduos de canela no copo e na bebida.
Meu pedido do frappé 3 Leites sequer foi preparado...
O gerente até disse para não pagarmos a conta, mas não fui ao local para beber ou comer de graça. Fui para me divertir e acabei me estressando.
Quando fui pagar, a atendente do caixa me perguntou se eu havia pedido o frappé de 3 leites, eu confirmei que sim e que não havia sido entregue na mesa, aí ela disse que "deveria ter sido um problema com a internet", pois o pedido do frappé estava lá mas não foi passado pra comanda. Teria sido melhor ela não falar nada, cobrado a conta e deixado assim, pois não sou nenhum idiota para aceitar uma desculpa tão esfarrapada.
Para fechar com chave de ouro, fomos cobrados à mais pelos chocolates. Após sairmos do local, ao conferir o valor pago, achei que havia alguma coisa errada. Realmente havia... Fui cobrado pelo chocolate gelado, mais caro, mas serviram o quente, mais barato.
São apenas 2 reais de diferença (1 de cada bebida), mas para quem já está com o copo cheio, isso bastou pra transbordar.
Lamentável que uma marca tão conceituada deixe este tipo de falha acabar com sua imagem.
Não volto mais ao local, não indico à ninguém e se me perguntarem, com certeza vou informar que foi a pior experiência da minha vida.
Semana passada tive um problema com a Havanna do Shopping ABC Plaza, mas essa será uma outra contribuição para ser feita no Google.

Lamentável, e só o que posso dizer.
Terrible attendance.
I went with my wife, daughter and mother-in-law to try the much talked about drinks with dulce de leche.
The service was very confusing, no items ordered, very disorganized.
We were going to sit in front of the store and after my mother-in-law (82 years old) sat down, the attendant asked us to change seats, sitting at tables a little further away from the store entrance. As we walked to the place, other people came and sat where we were going to sit. We had to go back to the table where we were already ready to be seated.
We placed our orders and after receiving 3 items, I asked about the missing item, so the attendant said he would solve it, coming back later to take the order again.
The order made for an iced chocolate actually came hot.
The order for Dulce de Leite Quente was made with the notation without cinnamon and it came with cinnamon (I saw later on the command that it had the notation "without cinnamon" right below the item) and to repair it was removed with a spoon from above, leaving residues of cinnamon in the glass and in the drink.
My order for the frappé 3 Leites was not even prepared...
The manager even said not to pay the bill, but I didn't go there to drink or eat for free. I went to have fun and ended up stressing myself out.
When I went to pay, the cashier asked me if I had ordered the 3-milk frappé, I confirmed that yes and that it had not been delivered to the table, then she said that "it must have been a problem with the internet", because the frappé's order was there but it was not passed to the command. It would have been better if she didn't say anything, charged the bill and left it at that, for I'm no idiot to accept such a lame excuse.
To top it off, we were overcharged for the chocolates. After we left the place, when checking the amount paid, I thought there was something wrong. There really was... I was charged for iced chocolate, more expensive, but they served hot chocolate, cheaper.
It's only 2 reais difference (1 for each drink), but for those who already have a full glass, that was enough to overflow.
It is unfortunate that such a reputable brand lets this type of failure ruin its image.
I won't go back to the place anymore, I don't recommend it to anyone and if they ask me, I'll definitely inform you that it was the worst experience of my life.
Last week I had a problem with Havanna at Shopping ABC Plaza, but this will be another contribution to Google.
