★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela só pelo atendimento que é bom, mas não resolveram o problema do carro que já foi 2 vezes pra lá e não solucionam. Acredito que o problema é maior e não querem falar por ser um carro de agência.
Não se deve trabalhar com sorte e sim competência, o cliente precisa da solução do problema não da piora, se não é possível consertar seja honesto e informa o real problema.
A star just for the service, which is good, but they didn't solve the problem of the car that has been there twice and they don't solve it. I believe the problem is bigger and they don't want to talk about it being an agency car.
You should not work with luck, but competence, the client needs the solution to the problem, not worsening, if it is not possible to fix it, be honest and inform the real problem.

Nao olharam nem na minha cara, mal quiseram saber o problema do carro, nao fizeram nenhuma ficha do carro , nao anotaram nem o meu número. Fui obrogada a deixar por causa da garantia que a loja que comprei oferece. Ia tentar orçar outros serviços a parte e com o mal atendimento perdi completamente a vontade. E alem de tudo, no meio de uma pandemia, ninguem estava de máscara.
Terrible service! I took it in the name of the store I bought the car from and it was still under warranty. They didn't even look at my face, they barely wanted to know the problem with the car, they didn't make any records of the car, they didn't even write down my number. I was forced to leave it because of the guarantee that the store I bought from offers. I was going to try to budget other services aside and with the bad service I completely lost my will. And on top of that, in the middle of a pandemic, no one was wearing a mask.
