PÉSSIMO atendimento! semana passada fui atendida com grosseria da parte das duas atendente que conversavam entre si. Péssimo serviço! No mesmo dia fiz um scaner a imagem estava toda suja não foi uns ciscos qualquer era sujeira bem nítida e arranhões, entrei em contato os mesmos disseram que não iriam fazer outro scanner, sendo que o documento era pra uma empresa. Até então deixei passar, hoje meu noivo foi até o local fazer uma recarga a atendente discou o número errado e a recarga caiu em outro número. Falta de atenção!
Fora que o scaner que fiz semana passada ficou 11 reais que foram jogados fora a empresa não aceitou todos aqueles ciscos e arranhões ! Fui em outra papelaria que recomendo de olhos fechados à papelaria “ PACCOLARIA “!! Lá sim tem atendimento excelente e de qualidade !!!!
Mais uma coisa pedi para retirarem a imagem do meu noivo e de seu cliente por que a foto que tem no site é de uma barbearia, sendo esta em uso do meu noivo! Não sei e não faço ideia do por que a foto de uma barbearia se encontra como foto do estabelecimento de vocês. Em visto que o antigo local em que se estabelecia também não se encontra ao lado da barbearia e sim do outro lado da rua. Inclusive a própria “ dona” me relatou em outra ocasião que foi a mesma que postou a foto. E disse que retiraria!
#fica a dica : conversem menos no trabalho e ofereçam um atendimento com qualidade e cortesia Pf ! Obg :)

Terrible attendance! Last week I was treated with rudeness by the two attendants who were talking to each other. Terrible service! On the same day I did a scanner the image was all dirty it wasn't any specks it was very clear dirt and scratches, I got in touch and they said they wouldn't do another scanner, since the document was for a company. Until then I let it go, today my fiance went to the place to recharge the attendant dialed the wrong number and the recharge fell on another number. Lack of attention!
Apart from that the scanner I did last week was 11 reais that were thrown away, the company did not accept all those specks and scratches! I went to another stationery store that I recommend with my eyes closed to the “PACCOLARIA” stationery store!! There, there is excellent service and quality!!!!
One more thing I asked to remove the image of my fiance and his client because the photo on the site is of a barbershop, which is in use by my fiance! I don't know and I have no idea why the photo of a barbershop is found as a photo of your establishment. In since the old place where it was established is also not next to the barbershop, but across the street. Even the “owner” herself told me on another occasion that it was the same one who posted the photo. And said I would take it off!
