★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo ambiente temático e a refeição sai por 16R$. O selfie service tem poucas opções de comida (tanto de carnes, saladas e acompanhamentos) mas em resposta você tem suco fresco de fruta (limão e maracujá no dia que eu fui) e sobremesas já inclusas (bolo de chocolate com cobertura, pavê, gelatina, sorvetes e etc).
Prós: Ótimo preço e muitas sobremesas e o mais legal que são a vontade. Ah e o suco é de fruta mesmo!
Contras: Pouca opção de comidas e carnes, restaurante com nome de japonês com temática de hamburgueria americana e quadros de casa do norte. Senti falta da identificação das comidas e sobremesas, tanto que quando fui comer sorvete eu só descobri o sabor dele (sorvete de banana). O segundo copo de suco custa 3R$.
Acho válido almoçar lá. Gostei e voltaria.
 Great themed environment and the meal goes for $ 16R. The service selfie has few food options (both meats, salads and side dishes) but in response you have fresh fruit juice (lemon and passion fruit on the day I went) and desserts already included (chocolate iced cake, trifle, gelatin , ice cream and etc).
Pros: Great price and lots of desserts and the coolest you are at ease. Oh, and the juice is fruit even!
Cons: Little choice of food and meat, American-themed Japanese-themed restaurant and Northern house paintings. I missed the identification of foods and desserts, so much so that when I went to eat ice cream I only discovered its flavor (banana ice cream). The second glass of juice costs $ 3R.
I think it's valid to have lunch there. I enjoyed it and would go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O restaurante é incrível! Bom atendimento, boa variedade no cardápio, espaço amplo e arejado e fácil para estacionar. Antes da pandemia o valor do rodízio era ótimo, mas depois ficou no mesmo nível dos que cobram acima da média.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência que já tive com um iFood na minha vida. Um dos itens que pedi veio com gosto de estragado, meu namorado comeu um e passou a noite toda mal. Não conseguimos comer, entrei em contato via chat do iFood e ninguém respondeu, liguei e descrevi o ocorrido, falaram que iriam resolver e a ligação caiu, liguei outras inúmeras vezes na sequência e desligaram na minha cara. Desrespeito total!
The worst experience I've ever had with an iFood in my life. One of the items I ordered tasted spoiled, my boyfriend ate one and spent the whole night badly. We couldn't eat, I got in touch via iFood chat and no one answered, I called and described what happened, they said they would solve it and the call dropped, I called countless times in the sequence and they hung up on my face. Total disrespect!

Primeiro, todos os pratos crus temperados, o que não é necessário em um prato japonês; O ambiente extremamente frio; De 4 atendentes, apenas uma realizou um bom atendimento; Demora absurda para a entrega dos pratos, sendo que não estava tão cheio e entre outros pontos.
Vou dar 3 estrelas considerando apenas que os joys estavam bons e os peixes usados são ótimos!
We came from São Paulo to visit and we didn't have a good experience!
First, all seasoned raw dishes, which is not necessary in a Japanese dish; The extremely cold environment; Of the 4 attendants, only one provided a good service; It took a long time for the dishes to be delivered, as it was not so full and among other points.
I'll give it 3 stars only considering that the joys were good and the fish used are great!

Hoje tivemos uma experiência não agradável no Hayato
As duas vezes que estive no Hayato com um influencer da cidade fui muito bem atendida, sushis variados e especiais. Nunca tinha ido sem ele, e a experiência foi completamente diferente. Pelo mesmo valor de rodízio hoje, não recebemos nenhum sushi diferente e tudo o que veio foi extremamente básico. No combinado veio 2 sushis com camarão, estávamos em 4 pessoas, ou seja, dois não comeram. Pedimos mais e não fomos atendidas. No mínimo humilhante ter que pedir, sendo que é óbvio se tinha 4 pessoas na mesa, que enviassem o único sushi diferente que veio, para todos os clientes da mesa. Na sobremesa, eu tenho alergia a banana, pedi se podia trocar a banana por morango, e também não foi possível porque morango não estava no rodízio, e morango só se eu quisesse pedir a la carte. Gastamos mais de 200,00 Por pessoa e não pode trocar uma banana por morango e nem trazer dois sushis de camarão pra quem não comeu?
Qual a lógica disso?
Atendimento lento, tinha que ficar chamando e pedindo tudo. Desconfortável e constrangedor.
Os concorrentes em rio preto são muito bons, pelo mesmo valor por pessoa podemos degustar o melhor combo no mirai, com vieiras e caviar, com atendimento do Leonardo que só falta carregar a gente no colo. Pelo mesmo valor, o Yuumei arrasa nos sushis e na qualidade.
Mas sinceramente o pior de tudo é ter um cardápio diferenciado e ser tratada de um jeito quando estou com uma pessoa “influenciadora” de rio preto, e ser completamente humilhante, básico e sem graça sem ele.
Meu filho de raiva ficou pedindo pra repetir sushi de polvo.

We asked for more and were not served. At the very least humiliating to have to ask, since it's obvious if there were 4 people at the table, to send the only different sushi that came, to all the customers at the table. For dessert, I have a banana allergy, I asked if I could change the banana for strawberry, and it was also not possible because strawberry was not in the all-you-can-eat menu, and strawberry only if I wanted to order a la carte. We spent more than 200.00 per person and you can't exchange a banana for a strawberry or bring two shrimp sushi for those who didn't eat?
What's the logic in that?
Slow service, had to keep calling and asking for everything. Uncomfortable and embarrassing.
The competitors in rio preto are very good, for the same price per person we can taste the best combo at the mirai, with scallops and caviar, with Leonardo's service, who just need to carry us on his lap. For the same price, Yuumei rocks sushi and quality.
But honestly the worst thing is having a different menu and being treated in a way when I'm with an “influencer” person from rio preto, and being completely humiliating, basic and boring without him.
My angry son kept asking to repeat octopus sushi.
