O serviço foi muito bem feito e a equipe técnica é muito competente , atenciosa e educada . Aí vocês perguntam : Porque apenas duas estrelas ? Tive a infelicidade de tratar o antes e o depois com o proprietário, este não tem um pingo de atenção nem a forma educada de tratar com seus clientes . Fiz a instalação posterior de 2 outras unidades com outra empresa, apenas pela falta de tratamento adequado com o cliente por parte do proprietário.
I hired the installation of a GREE 12,000 Btu inverter air conditioner in my room in January of this year. The service was very well done and the technical staff is very competent, helpful and polite. Then you ask: Why only two stars? I had the misfortune to treat the before and the after with the owner, this one has no attention sparing nor the educated way of dealing with his customers. I made the subsequent installation of 2 other units with another company only due to the lack of proper treatment with the customer by the owner.
