★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei para fazer uma simples pergunta entre 2 marcas de subwoofers, falei que ia levar para instalar lá, mas que estava pesquisando na internet. O "técnico" que estava mexendo no carro foi extremamente arrogante e sem educação. Nunca mais entro nesse lugar, com esse tipo de gente que não sabe atender. Péssima experiência numa loja que não tem a mínima noção de atendimento a clientes.
Se você está procurando por um bom atendimento, creio que essa loja seja o último lugar que você deva procurar. Ou nem mesmo que seja o último, não vale a pena nem entrar
I went in to ask a simple question between 2 brands of subwoofers, I said I would take it to install there, but I was searching the internet. The "technician" who was handling the car was extremely arrogant and impolite. I never go into that place again, with that kind of people who don't know how to serve. Terrible experience in a store that has no notion of customer service.
If you are looking for good service, I believe this store is the last place you should look. Or even if it's the last one, it's not even worth it
