Perdi meu cartão e tive que emitir segunda via, de tal forma que o número do mesmo foi alterado.
Por isso minha assinatura foi cancelada por não confirmar o número antigo do cartão no dia do pagamento.
Liguei no 0800 fui gentilmente atendido mas não existe solução viável para o caso.
Logo, não se trata de uma assinatura vitalícia.
Lamentável tal postura.
I subscribed to HBO MAX in the promotion with 50% discount and lifetime validity.
I lost my card and had to issue a duplicate, so that the number of it was changed.
That's why my subscription was canceled for not confirming the old card number on the day of payment.
I called 0800, I was kindly attended to but there is no viable solution for the case.
Therefore, it is not a lifetime subscription.
Regrettable such posture.
