★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para a Nissan e perguntei se eles alinhavam meu Sentra 2018. Eles indicaram a HC Pneus onde fui muito bem atendido e entendi porque eles são a referência em alinhamento em Recife. Destaque para o mecânico César e o gerente Paulo que sanaram todas as minhas dúvidas e resolveram quase todos os problemas do meu carro. Só não foi possível realizar o serviço de caster de uma roda, mas o Paulo foi muito honesto ao me explicar que apesar de ter melhorado não iria dar garantia e consequentemente cobrar o serviço. Meus parabéns a toda equipe da HC Pneus Boa Viagem pelo tratamento cortês e profissional. Não vou em outra loja aqui em Recife.
I called Nissan and asked if they aligned my Sentra 2018. They indicated HC Pneus where I was very well attended and I understood why they are the reference in alignment in Recife. Highlight for the mechanic César and the manager Paulo who solved all my doubts and solved almost all the problems of my car. It was just not possible to perform the caster service on a wheel, but Paulo was very honest in explaining to me that despite having improved, he would not guarantee and consequently charge the service. My congratulations to the entire HC Pneus Boa Viagem team for their courteous and professional treatment. I'm not going to another store here in Recife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é bom, parecem uma ura. Porém tem uma forma de trabalhar insatisfatória. Levei o carro para trocar as pastilhas de freio eles desmontam o carro para solicitar a peça de acordo com a que está no veículo, mas infelizmente esta forma de trabalhar não é boa, porque isso é para o cliente não ir embora e eles não perder a venda. Mas o cliente esperar mais de 4 horas para aguardar a peça é inadmissível.
Service is good, they look like an ura. However, it has an unsatisfactory way of working. I took the car to change the brake pads they disassemble the car to request the part according to what is in the vehicle, but unfortunately this way of working is not good, because this is for the customer not to leave and they do not lose their sale. But the customer waiting more than 4 hours to wait for the part is unacceptable.

Inicialmente, fomos atendidos pela Milena, que se mostrou muito simpática e atenciosa. Tivemos que deixar o carro na loja por algumas horas e ela foi muito solícita em nos manter informados sobre o andamento do conserto.
No final do dia, fomos buscar o carro e conhecemos o gerente Lucas, que também foi muito gentil e simpático. No final das contas, graças ao Lucas, fizemos um serviço completo que saiu com um ótimo custo-benefício.
O pessoal foi tão gente fina conosco, que até indicamos a HC Pneus para o motorista da Uber que nos transportou enquanto estávamos sem carro ?
