★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos poucos lugares no RJ com serviço *profissional* de recuperação de dados. Talvez seja o único. Vários outros terceirizam para a HD Engenharia. Os donos são os Engenheiros responsáveis e eles tocam o negócio com satisfação pelo que fazem. Tem sala limpa com certificação.
One of the few places in RJ with * professional * data recovery service. Maybe it's the only one. Several others outsource to HD Engenharia. The owners are the responsible Engineers and they run the business with satisfaction for what they do. It has clean room with certification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu HD externo contendo todas recordações pessoais deu problema, levei primeiramente em outra empresa aqui mesmo na cidade do RJ, que também faz recuperação de dados e possue somente qualificações positivas, o responsável disse que não era possivel recuperar pq o disco estava todo arranhado. Depois de um tempo quando viajei para Sao Paulo, procurei também através do google uma outra empresa que tinha mais de 300 qualificações positivas, dizia ser a melhor empresa do Brasil em recuperação de dados, também tive resposta que não era possivel acessar mais os dados do HD, pois o problema era no ROM do HD e nao existia tecnologia suficiente para consertar esse problema. Fiquei muito triste e pensei em até nem pegar meu HD, ou seja descartar ele, minha esposa falou para pegar e tentar recuperar mais uma vez com outro profissional. Lembrei que um amigo meu que trabalha com TI, havia dito que ele indica apenas 2 empresas na cidade do RJ, uma delas lembro que era a HD Engenharia, decidi levar, mas nao com muita esperança, fui recebido pelo Roberto, ele me deu toda a atençao, até abriu a capa de plastico que envolve o HD e explicou que ainda ele estava lacrado e que estava carregando normal e isso era um bom sinal, examinou com uma lupa e verificou que fizeram uma solda errada no ROM do HD, me deu um prazo de 5 a 10 dias para tentar recuperar os dados. Em 2 dias ele me liga e falou que havia recuperado tudo. Fiquei muito feliz porque tinha quase 40 mil arquivos pessoais e de trabalho no HD. Esse é meu sincero relato, ELES SÃO OS MELHORES PROFISSIONAIS DO BRASIL NA MINHA OPINIÃO, e o preço é excelente, já até indiquei ele para varios amigos que trabalham com informática. Inclusive ja resolveu o problema de um deles. Sobre os outros profissionais que nao resolveram meu problema, deu vontade de qualificar eles negativamente mas nem irei perder meu tempo fazendo isso, imagino quantas pessoas passaram pela mesma situaçao que a minha e descartaram o HD. Muito Obrigado Roberto pelo seu profissionalismo.

I remembered that a friend of mine who works with IT, had said that he only indicates 2 companies in the city of RJ, one of them I remember was HD Engenharia, I decided to take it, but not with much hope, I was received by Roberto, he gave me all the attention, even opened the plastic cover that surrounds the HD and explained that it was still sealed and that it was carrying normal and that was a good sign, examined it with a magnifying glass and found that they made a wrong solder on the HD ROM, 5 to 10 days to try to recover the data. In 2 days he calls me and says he has recovered everything. I was very happy because I had almost 40 thousand personal and work files on the HD. This is my sincere report, THEY ARE THE BEST PROFESSIONALS IN BRAZIL IN MY OPINION, and the price is excellent, I have even indicated it to several friends who work with computers. It even solved the problem of one of them. About the other professionals who did not solve my problem, I wanted to qualify them negatively but I won't even waste my time doing it, I imagine how many people went through the same situation as mine and discarded the HD.
