I do not recommend to anyone overdue work without commitment. Customers never gave correct information about the work for three years waiting and I never received a call...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um imóvel a essa construtora, porém diversos problemas apareceram e eles não resolvem nada. Fazem apenas paleativos e os problemas continuam e pioram.
Não aconselho ninguém comprar, ou terão muitas dores de cabeça.
Se quizerem constatar venham aqui no guajará e veras o quanto de imóveis que tiveram mal reparos. Todos aqui estão muito chateados com essa tal construtora e seus funcionários. ?
I bought a property from this construction company, but several problems appeared and they do not solve anything. They only make paleatives and the problems continue and get worse.
I do not advise anyone to buy, or they will have a lot of headaches.
If you want to find out, come here in Guajará and see how much of the property has had bad repairs. Everyone here is very upset with this construction company and its employees. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, obra atrasado, e não entregou o que estava mostrando na venda. Não recomendo a ninguém. Olha a piscina que colocaram no condomínio. Horrorosa.
Poor service, work delayed, and did not deliver what it was showing in the sale. I don't recommend it to anyone. Look at the pool they put in the condo. Horrible.
