★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível vc saber que sua encomenda já chego a uma semana, e a transportadora não consegue te entregar.. E o pior vc receber da secretaria o discurso de que vai por em caráter de urgência.. E continuar sem receber.. E ainda tô tômando prejuízo.. difícil assim..

Gostaria de saber o que esta acontecendo com a minha mercadoria, combinamos por telefone que a entrega seria realizada na mesma semana do pagamento do frete, que foi realizado no dia 18/12, e até hoje (30/12) não entregaram a mercadoria para meu cliente.
Estão querendo me entregar a mercadoria só no dia 03/01. Mercadoria está parada com vocês desde o dia 12/12 sem movimentação nenhuma.. queriam cobrar o frete do cliente por falta de ler a nota fiscal, agora que já está tudo pago estão me enrolando a entrega? Não foi isso que combinamos!
PRECISO DESSA MERCADORIA ENTREGUE! Fizemos um acordo e foi pago o frete já a vista para que fosse entregue na mesma semana do pagamento, que era o combinado. Muita desorganização e falta de respeito com o cliente. Não cumpre com a palavra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se estiver com pressa é melhor procurar outra. Só para realizar a cotação do frete é um parto, mais de 24 horas tranquilamente. Agora imagina para receber a mercadoria? Resolver algum problema que pode acontecer? Muito fraco o atendimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel. Comprei um forno e a entrega seria responsavel por essa transportadora. Passados 7 dias e não chegou. Cada ligação alegam um problema diferente. Frete pago, Nota Fiscal em conformidade, e alegam que não foi pago conhecimento de frete, que tem erro na NF, enfim, se desejam que suas mercadorias cheguem no prazo e sem apurrinhação, contratem outra menos essa!
Horrible. I bought an oven and delivery would be responsible for that carrier. After 7 days it didn't arrive. Each call alleges a different problem. Freight paid, Invoice accordingly, and claim that knowledge of freight was not paid, that there is an error in the NF, in short, if you want your goods to arrive on time and without apurrinhaagem, hire another one less this one!
