E após receber uma cobrança indevida por parte da Shr: Camila Costa , logicamente tv dúvidas em respeito ao pagamento e liguei na Empresa ela foi de tamanha falta de educação e arrogância.
No outro dia achei o comprovante de pagamento e liguei novamente e quem atende: Camila Costa... ela simplesmente não deixou se quer eu dizer que tinha em mão o comprovante de pagamento e gritou que não queria falar mais no assunto e se eu não desligasse o telefone ela desligaria na minha cara.
Após alguns dias fui informada que não deveria ter pago o valor e a Empresa HDM me enviou o valor que tinha pago em forma de mercadoria.
Bom não vou deixar de comprar na HDM distribuidora , ms já tinha ouvido falar em outros comerciante sobre o mal atendimento da Shr Camila costa , ms não imaginava que a arrogância por parte dela e a falta de respeito e educação era tanta.
Sinto muito pela Empresa ter uma funcionaria tão despreparada.

I buy from the company for over 10 years, never owe a penny.
And after receiving an undue charge from Shr: Camila Costa, logically tv doubts regarding the payment and I called the Company she was so rude and arrogant.
The other day I found the proof of payment and called again and who answers: Camila Costa ... she just wouldn't let me say she had the proof of payment in hand and shouted that she didn't want to talk about it anymore and if I didn't hang up the phone she would hang up on me.
After a few days I was informed that I should not have paid the amount and HDM Company sent me the amount I had paid in the form of merchandise.
Well I will not stop buying in HDM distributor, ms had heard about other traders about the poor service of Shr Camila costa, ms did not imagine that her arrogance and lack of respect and education was so much.
I'm sorry for the Company to have such an unprepared operation.
