No dia seguinte a empresa entrou em contato comigo por meio uma funcionária chamada ingrid , a primeira vista com BOM atendimento, no meio da conversa onde a gente estava combinando de fazer a reunião para apresentar melhor o projeto, a funcionária simplesmente parou de responder, mandei mensagem, visualizou e não respondeu, pensando que por algum motivo ela tivesse esquecido de responder, mandei outra mensagem no dia seguinte, e novamente visualizou e não respondeu.
Fica aqui meu total repúdio ao descaso da empresa para com o cliente, o cliente ao entrar em contato com uma empresa espera um bom atendimento, espera respeito, espera cordialidade.
Empresas que se acham superiores aos clientes não tem vez nesse mercado atual, o cliente precisa da empresa do mesmo jeito que a empresa necessita do cliente, porém, o cliente sempre terá outras empresas parar fazer seu serviço, já a empresa se continuar com essa postura chegará uma hora que será mau vista no mercado e fatalmente fechará as Portas, espero que isso não aconteça com vcs, e que tratem com dignidade e respeito todos os clientes ou possíveis cliente.

The next day the company contacted me through an employee called ingrid, at first sight with GOOD service, in the middle of the conversation where we were agreeing to hold the meeting to better present the project, the employee simply stopped responding, I sent message, visualized and did not respond, thinking that for some reason she had forgotten to reply, I sent another message the next day, and again visualized and did not respond.
Here is my total rejection of the company's disregard for the customer, the customer when contacting a company expects good service, expects respect, expects cordiality.
Companies that are superior to customers have no time in this current market, the customer needs the company in the same way that the company needs the customer, however, the customer will always have other companies to do their service, as long as the company continues with this attitude there will come a time that will be frowned upon in the market and it will inevitably close its doors, I hope this does not happen to you, and that you treat all customers or potential customers with dignity and respect.
