Existem muitas oficinas boas com técnicos que têm teoria e pratica, mas a maioria sabe só o que viu alguém fazer. A resposta às criticas devem ser respondidas antes e depois da solução do problema e o cliente confirmar ok. Caso o cliente não tenha razão, explicar o motivo. Hoje no mundo informatizado esses comentários valem mais que propaganda na globo.

There are many good workshops with technicians who have theory and practice, but most only know what they've seen someone do. The answer to the criticisms must be answered before and after the solution of the problem and the client confirms ok. If the customer is wrong, explain why. In today's computerized world, these comments are worth more than advertising on the globe.
