Depois, por minha vontade, solicitei a troca da raquete por outra de mesmo modelo, porém de outra cor. Foram muitos atenciosos pelo canal do WhatsApp (atendente André), e trocaram sem custos, inclusive arcando com o pagamento do frete de devolução. Só tenho que agradecer e recomendá-los. Quanto a raquete, o Modelo é a ICON, cor Ciano. Excelente raquete de Beach Tennis, padrão profissional, material de primeira, peso leve e bem distribuído. Com bastante poder de controle de bola, sem perder a potência. Excelente aquisição.
Excellent online store from HEAD. Bought Beach Tennis Racket, arrived ahead of schedule, well packed and without defects. Then, by my will, I asked to exchange the racket for another one of the same model, but in a different color. They were very attentive through the WhatsApp channel (attendant André), and exchanged at no cost, including paying the return shipping. I just have to thank and recommend them. As for the racket, the Model is the ICON, color Cyan. Excellent Beach Tennis racket, professional standard, first class material, light weight and well distributed.
