★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fazem o atendimento de consultas dentro do prazo legal, por três vezes precisei recorrer a ANS para conseguir as consultas, e aconselho os usuários a fazerem o mesmo. No atendimento de oftalmologia tive que implorar ao médico para me solicitar um exame ! Me parece que o plano incentiva os médicos a não pedirem exames por conta dos custos, absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos com atendimento péssimo para home care para minha mãe, a terceirizada do plano é péssima , profissionais sem nenhum comprometimento estamos a quase ano estamos tentando ajustar os dias de todas as formas mas sem sucesso, sobre atendimento hospitalar e exames não temos o que reclamar , mas atendimento com fisioterapia e fonoaudiólogo nota zero, os profissionais que estão nos atendendo ( alias não estão atendendo ) não tem nenhum comprometimento com o paciente.
We have terrible home care service for my mother, the outsourced plan is terrible, professionals without any commitment we've been trying to adjust the days in every way but without success, about hospital care and exams we have nothing to complain about, but attendance with physiotherapy and speech therapist grade zero, the professionals who are attending us (alias they are not attending) have no commitment to the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plano de Saúde com atendimento pior que de rede pública fui em um sábado com meu filho com 39 de febre cheguei lá meia noite sai 7 horas da manhã sendo que não tinha fila. NÃO TINHA É MÉDICO, HAVIA UM SÓ ATENDENDO UNS 11 QUE ESTAVAM INTERNADOS.
NÃO PRECISA PAGAR SANTA CASA SAÚDE, SÓ IR NO UPA ATENDIMENTO MELHOR QUE ESSA EMPRESA MERCENÁRIA DE SAÚDE

Health Plan with worse service than the public network I went on a Saturday with my son with a fever of 39 I got there at midnight I left at 7 am and there was no queue. THERE WAS NO DOCTOR, THERE WAS ONLY ONE ATTENDING SOME 11 WHO WERE INTERNED.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY SANTA CASA SAÚDE, JUST GO TO THE UPA BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS MERCENARY HEALTH COMPANY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse dar 0 estrelas EU DAVA! PIOR PLANO DE SAÚDE que existe!!! Todo mês as mensalidades do meu plano são pagas adiantadas e eu simplesmente não consigo fazer um ultrassom transvaginal de rotina sem esperar 2/3 meses, INADMISSÍVEL, vc tem opções e simplesmente te jogam onde ELES querem que você faça o exame, e se não conseguir marcar você que lute e se vire! Já tem quase um mês que tô tentando marcar meus exames e não tem agenda em um, não tem agenda em outro e eu tenho que ficar esperando abrir agenda pra fazer dois exames, EU PAGO MENSALMENTE pra usar essa p0rc4r14 e não consigo. Pensem MUITO BEM antes de contratar essa b0st* que chega a ser pior que o SUS
If I could give 0 stars I would! WORST HEALTH PLAN EVER!!! Every month my plan fees are paid in advance and I just can't get a routine transvaginal ultrasound without waiting 2/3 months, UNACCEPTABLE, you have options and they just throw you where THEY want you to take the exam, and if you can't tag you to fight and turn around! I've been trying to schedule my exams for almost a month now and there's no agenda in one, there's no agenda in another and I have to wait to open an agenda to take two exams, I PAY MONTHLY to use this p0rc4r14 and I can't. Think VERY CAREFULLY before hiring this b0st* that is worse than SUS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Plano ja foi melhor claro, pelo que pude entender deu um desconto e varias empresas continuaram ou optaram pelo convênio, após isso e para tal eles quase elimiram as consultas em consultórios particulares, assim todos sao atendidos no rua: almeida de morais e/ ou na Av ana Costa 290 e se não houver o exame/ procedimento em nenhum deles é encaminhado ao hospital Santa casa, isso superlotou as especialidades, consultas e exames como colposcopia ou uma simples usg pode demorar meses,além da autorização que tbm demora demais, no entanto é culpa também dos usuários que esquecem das consultas marcadas e eu que uso sempre que preciso e tbm para rotina, vejo nos papéis dentro das unidades que por mês mais de 1 mil pessos faltaram a consultas, eu tbm esqueço ja esqueci e para evitar e nao prejudicar ninguem marco no calendário do google no celular, enfim eles fazem todos os tipos de exames e tem um laboratorio para coletas de sangue dentro do que esta na av ana costa,tem fisioterapia, vários especialidades, todos seguem os protocolos contra o covid é tudo muito limpo,organizado e contam com elevador para acesso, mas o diferencial é o hospital sempre foi o mais recomendado e melhor da baixada santistas (acredito nisso pq inumeras cirurgias de diverso outros convenios utilizam o mesmo local e as pessoas que vem do sus de diferentes lugares) sempre fui muito bem atendida lá e atualmente passou por uma grande reforma que ainda nao acabou, alem da segurança que é excelente tudo é mais uma melhoria pra nós clientes, o hospital é top.
