I'm never answered when I turn on the phone, they just call and nothing more than a week calling to find out if the exam was scheduled and they don't answer.

Não explicam por que não atendem, não explicam os horários para atendimento dos telefones, funcionários com celular na mão, pouco simpáticos, Setor da assistência social com funcionários desinformados, setor de marcação de exames também com funcionários pouco capacitados a dar suporte informativos.

They don't explain why they don't answer, they don't explain the hours for answering the phones, employees with cell phones in hand, not very friendly, Social assistance sector with uninformed employees, sector for scheduling exams, also with employees who are not very capable of providing informational support.
