Venho através desse comentário, expressar minha indignação com os serviços. Levei meu carro lá pela terceira e última vez.
A primeira vez, fiz uma "lavagem técnica" que custa 150 reais. Prometendo limpar em todos os cantos detalhadamente. Aí o carro veio cheio de detalhes que não foram limpos. A segunda vez da mesma forma. E a terceira vez foi o que mais me deixou chateado.
**Meu carro estava muito sujo, devido a uma viagem que fiz, levei lá. A moça que me atendeu é super educada e prestativa. Ela me disse que pela situação do meu carro, o ideal seria uma lavagem interna, onde seria feito toda limpeza interna e lavagem dos bancos e incluiria também a lavagem técnica e precisaria também da lavagem do chassi. De brinde, ela me deu a lavagem do motor. Total= R$ 450,00. Falei pra ela que eu sou muito detalhista e ainda mais pagando um valor desse na lavagem do carro, seria mais ainda. Ela me garantiu que o carro sairia sem nenhum detalhe de sujeira. Eu falei pra ela sobre as outras vezes em que levei lá e tiveram muitos detalhes e disse a ela que iria inspecionar ali mesmo, quando terminasse. Mas infelizmente ela garantiu algo que não era ela que iria fazer.
Após finalizar o serviço, comecei analisar o serviço feito... Logo de cara achei um monte de coisas sujas.
*saída do ar condicionado não tinha sido totalmente limpo.
*botões do vidro elétrico também não.
*atrás, embaixo do banco traseiro, muita terra da viagem ainda.
*as borrachas de vedação da porta, cheias de poeira e sujeira pesada.
*detalhes de sujeira no canto das portas.
* e pra finalizar, uns detalhes de mal lavagem na parte de trás do porta malas.
Enfim.. Mostrei só alguns itens pra ela, pois até eu fiquei sem jeito.
Postarei algumas imagens do que ficou a desejar.
***não estou colocando esse comentário, pra manchar o nome da empresa, mas, para perceberem que ainda há muito o que melhorar. Infelizmente fazem pra terminar logo. Não são detalhistas. Talvez os funcionários não tenham motivação para fazer um serviço com mais qualidade... Enfim, não sei o porquê disso.***
Não levarei meu carro lá nunca mais, porque infelizmente todas as vezes deixaram muito a desejar.
Uma lavagem técnica onde prometem limpar todos os detalhes e cantos e fica cheio de sujeira ainda, não vale a pena.

But unfortunately she guaranteed something that she wasn't going to do.
After finishing the job, I started to analyze the job done... Right away I found a lot of dirty things.
*Air conditioning outlet had not been fully cleaned.
*Electric window buttons also not.
*in the back, under the backseat, a lot of dirt from the trip still.
*the door sealing rubbers, full of dust and heavy dirt.
*dirt details on the corner of the doors.
* and to finish, some bad washing details on the back of the trunk.
Anyway.. I only showed her a few items, because even I was embarrassed.
I'll post some pictures of what was left to be desired.
***I'm not putting this comment, to tarnish the company's name, but to realize that there is still a lot to improve. Unfortunately, they're done soon. They're not detail-oriented. Maybe the employees don't have the motivation to do a better service... Anyway, I don't know why.***
I will never take my car there again, because unfortunately every time it left a lot to be desired.
A technical wash where they promise to clean all the details and corners and it gets full of dirt still, it's not worth it.
