O motivo foi simples, eu só ia no salão para retocar o tonalizante que já usava há anos. Um belo dia, o cabeleireiro que sempre me atendia deixou tempo demais o produto. Estranhei a demora, mas ele me tranquilizou que isso não afetaria o resultado, pois tonalizante tem uma ação limitada em relação a abrir o tom do cabelo. Porém, essa demora maior abriu, sim, e bem mais, o tom do cabelo. Resultado, no que fui retocar de novo a raiz, da outra vez, precisei deixar mais tempo para igualar o tom. Segundo ele não tinha problema esse tempo a mais, e confiei na opinião profissional dele. Santa ignorância a minha, pois depois desse segundo retoque com o tempo mais demorado,meu cabelo nunca mais foi o mesmo. Virou uma palha. Eu fui na onda do cabeleireiro e não me preocupei em me informar eu mesma, infelizmente. Perdi a confiança no profissional e não volto mais.

The reason was simple, I just went to the salon to touch up the toner I had been using for years. One fine day, the hairdresser who always attended to me left the product too long. I was surprised by the delay, but he reassured me that it would not affect the result, since tinting has a limited action in relation to opening the tone of the hair. However, this longer delay opened, yes, and much more, the tone of the hair. Result, in which I went to touch up the root again, the other time, I had to leave more time to match the tone. According to him there was no problem this time, and I trusted his professional opinion. Holy ignorance of mine, because after that second retouch with the longest time, my hair was never the same. It became a straw. I went with the hairdresser and I didn't bother to inform myself, unfortunately. I lost confidence in the professional and will not be back.
