★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou entregador de bebidas da Heineken, gosto do trabalho de me relacionar com clientes, mesmo não sendo funcionário vejo que com a minha habilidade em anos e anos fazendo entregas em vários outros segmentos, a logística da empresa tem deixado a desejar com nós entregadores, clientes insatisfeitos com prazos de entregas e é sempre uma surpresa quando chegamos com o produto, sempre se queixam ou falta de devida atenção com todos os envolvidos na operação até o cliente final, minha opinião acredito em que poderia ter uma logística mais atuante, comprometida com a marca.
I'm a Heineken beverage delivery man, I like the job of relating to customers, even though I'm not an employee, I see that with my skill in years and years making deliveries in several other segments, the company's logistics have left something to be desired with us delivery people, customers dissatisfied with delivery deadlines and it is always a surprise when we arrive with the product, they always complain or lack of due attention with everyone involved in the operation until the end customer, in my opinion I believe that it could have a more active logistics, committed to the brand.
