Empresa acreditou na recuperação realização do centro e abriu um grande edifício, moderno, com opções de conforto que se diferenciam de outros empreendimentos na região. Vale a pena conhecer. Fica na avenida São João uma da entradas. Conheça. Se você dispõe de recursos para investir em um apartamento aqui no centro, poderá ser uma ótima opção.

Além disto, a alta qualidade dos acabamentos utilizada pela construtora, é um diferencial em relação a outros empreendimentos da região. A falta de internet, citada em outros comentários, é um problema, mas estamos numa região monopolizada pela Vivo-Morto e sua fibra de açúcar em constante "derretimento".
