★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção!! Super entendo que não possam trocar uma peça, após experimentar, mas comprei 7 peças para minha esposa e só uma G ao experimentar, mesmo sendo de um igual modelo a outras compradas não serviu.
Não haveria como saber que estava bem menor senão experimentasse, impossível!!
Me parece uma clara diferença de modelagem, apesar de apresentar mesmo tamanho e modelo (apenas cor diferente).
Sou cliente e indicamos a loja faz muitos e muitos anos, por isso, estou decepcionado com a falta de reconhecimento e sensibilidade.
Chegando a loja a vendedora não só não quis entender, que mesmo sendo o mesmo modelo de outras adquiridas a peça não entrou e ainda destacou que não haveria o que fazer.
A gente lamenta muito, qdo encontra esse tipo de dificuldade.
Uma pena!!

A peça sequer pode ser experimentada, pois não foi possível sequer vestir,.tamanha a diferença de tamanho mesmo indicando ser G também.
Enfim, assunto encerrado, lamentando, desejando boa sorte e agradecimentos recíprocos.
Disappointment!! I really understand that they can't change a part, after trying it on, but I bought 7 pieces for my wife and only one G when trying it on, even though it was the same model as the others bought, it didn't fit.
There would be no way to know that it was much smaller without trying it, impossible!!
It seems to me to be a clear modeling difference, despite having the same size and model (only different color).
I'm a customer and we've been recommending the store for many, many years, so I'm disappointed in the lack of recognition and sensitivity.
Arriving at the store, the saleswoman not only did not want to understand, that even though it was the same model as others acquired, the piece did not come in and also highlighted that there was nothing to be done.
We are very sorry when we encounter this kind of difficulty.
