Estive neste salão em 30/11/21 para fazer um corte e mudar o visual para morena iluminada, o que não aconteceu, meu cabelo ficou LARANJA.
Sai do salão as 16 hs, no dia seguinte acordei com as orelhas inchadas, testa vermelha e couro cabeludo coçando demaisssss. Saí apressada e esqueci da Nota fiscal.
Hoje ao retornar nesse salão pedi a nota e a tal de Hellayne se negou a me dar, pois disse que era MEI.
Pedi a nota com intenção de processar na justiça, já que ela havia feito um estrago no meu couro cabeludo. Depois de muita insistência, ela me devolveu r$400,00. Tenham muito CUIDADO e SEMPRE PEÇAM NOTA FISCAL,ela garante que o serviço foi feito, segue fotos.

I was in this salon on 11/30/21 to get a cut and change the look to a bright brunette, which didn't happen, my hair turned ORANGE.
I left the salon at 4 pm, the next day I woke up with swollen ears, red forehead and scalp itchy toossss. I left in a hurry and forgot the invoice.
Today, when I returned to this hall, I asked for the note and that Hellayne woman refused to give it to me, as she said she was MEI.
I asked for the note with the intention of suing it in court, as it had done damage to my scalp. After a lot of insistence, she gave me r$400.00 back. Be very CAREFUL and ALWAYS ASK FOR INVOICE, she guarantees that the service was done, follow photos.
