★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi no ifood demorou 1:30 a mais que o prazo, a pior esfirras que comi na minha vida, a de carne acho que a carne ou tava podre ou era carne de hambúrguer, a de queijo completamente sem gosto, a de chocolate era ate boa mais a massa da "esfirra" é péssima!
Ao reclamar do atraso no chat do ifood nem me responderam.. enfim primeira vez pra nunca mais!!! Teria vergonha de trabalhar com um produto tão ruim, de péssima qualidade.
 I ordered at ifood it took 1:30 longer than the deadline, the worst spas I ate in my life, the meat I think the meat was either rotten or was hamburger meat, the cheese was completely tasteless, the chocolate was even good but the mass of "esfirra" is terrible!
When complaining about the delay in the ifood chat they didn't even answer me ... anyway the first time never again !!! I would be ashamed to work with such a bad product, of very poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, principalmente via WhatsApp. Não há atenção devida ao cliente, não atendem telefone, demoram a responder no whatsapp e quando respondem são respostas incompletas e superficiais. Outra coisa: Fiz um pedido e depois de esperar 60 minutos, pedi cancelamento.2 horas depois tiveram a cara de pau de ir em casa pra entregar e ficaram buzinando. É um pena ter que falar assim mas não recomendo a ninguém esse lugar.
The service is terrible, especially via WhatsApp. There is no proper attention to the customer, they do not answer the phone, they take a long time to respond on whatsapp and when they do respond, they are incomplete and superficial. Another thing: I made an order and after waiting 60 minutes, I asked for a cancellation. 2 hours later they had the nerve to go home to deliver it and they kept honking. It's a shame to have to talk like that but I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Moro a menos de 1km do local e peço delivery, geralmente demora entre 1h30 a 2h para receber o pedido. Fora que a taxa de entrega nem é tão barata assim. Parece que só trabalham com um único motoboy para todas as entregas. Amadorismo define.
Two words to define the establishment: It takes too long.
I live less than 1km from the place and ask for delivery, it usually takes between 1h30 to 2h to receive the order. Not to mention that the delivery fee is not that cheap. It seems they only work with a single courier for all deliveries. Amateurism defines.
