I had a very positive experience with Help, I say it's rare nowadays. I thought my notebook was faulty and it wasn't actually faulty. They just had updates that I didn't process. They told the truth to me. I became a customer and recommend it !!!!!

Atendimento nota 10, cumpriram o prazo e ainda me deram desconto.
Achei que meu notebook n ia ter jeito porque tinham dito que era a placa, mas Sr Francimar deu um jeito ficou ótimo.

I looked for a workshop in Fortaleza to fix my notebook and found Computer Help.
Service note 10, they met the deadline and even gave me a discount.
I thought my notebook wouldn't work because they said it was the card, but Mr Francimar fixed it and it turned out great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde. Gostaria de sugerir que os/as clientes pensassem muito bem antes de se dirigirem à HELP INFORMÁTICA e olhem que sou uma cliente de alguns anos da assistência. Conheci-a por meio de um TI de minha confiança. Já mandei algumas máquinas para lá e recebi um bom serviço de volta, mas, desta última vez, a HELP INFORMÁTICA lembrou-me de assistências de má reputação existentes em Fortaleza. EXPLICO: levei meu notebook que estava com problemas de inicialização. Solicitei orçamento antes do serviço...como de costume. Paguei 180 reais e a promessa de que o problema estaria resolvido. Recebi a máquina e o problema permanecia o mesmo. Devolvi o notebook e depois de quase terminar o tempo de garantia, eles me dão o retorno dizendo que a questão era um chip do HD que não existe mais e que eu levasse o notebook para a DELL. Ou seja, eu paguei por um serviço indevidamente, eles gastam o meu tempo de garantia e, ainda por cima, não apresentam solução. Uma empresa com procedimentos éticos diria: o problema apresentado não pode ser resolvido por nossa assistência. Pronto. Mas eu paguei por um serviço que se propunha resolução do problema. Por conta disso, deixo de ser cliente da Help Informática e sugiro que repensem também! Há outras assistências na cidade!!!
Good afternoon. I would like to suggest that customers think very carefully before going to HELP INFORMÁTICA and that I am a customer of assistance for a few years. I met her through an IT I trust. I have already sent some machines there and received good service back, but this last time, HELP INFORMÁTICA reminded me of disreputable assistance in Fortaleza. EXPLAIN: I took my notebook that was having startup problems. I asked for a quote before the service...as usual. I paid 180 reais and the promise that the problem would be solved. I received the machine and the problem remained the same. I returned the notebook and after almost the end of the warranty period, they get back to me saying that the issue was a hard drive chip that no longer exists and that I should take the notebook to DELL. That is, I paid for a service unduly, they spend my warranty time and, on top of that, they have no solution. A company with ethical procedures would say: the problem presented cannot be solved by our assistance. Ready. But I paid for a service that purported to solve the problem. Because of this, I am no longer a customer of Help Informática and I suggest you rethink it too! There are other assists in town!!!
