★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literalmente o pior lugar, levei meu celular para consertar... ficaram 2 dias com ele, condenaram 4 peças do meu celular que poderiam ser o defeito e ainda não sabiam o real problema porque não tinha peças pra teste... não me deram prazo, valor, nada..levei em outra assistência, o técnico apenas mudou o slot do chip, e limpou.. e meu celular voltou a funcionar normalmente....
Então caso queiram um lugar, que seguram seu celular para valorizar o 'serviço' deles, e depois cobrar caro, levem nessa HelpLine sinônimo de incompetência e desonestidade
Literally the worst place, I took my cell phone to fix it... they spent 2 days with it, they condemned 4 parts of my cell phone that could be the defect and they still didn't know the real problem because I didn't have parts to test... they didn't give me a deadline , value, nothing..I took another assistance, the technician just changed the chip slot, and cleaned it...and my cell returned to work normally....
So if you want a place, where you hold your cell phone to value their 'service', and then charge dearly, take this HelpLine synonymous with incompetence and dishonesty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!! Levei meu celular com tela quebrada, porém funcionando tudo corretamente, único problema era a dificuldade na visualização e dificuldade na digitação. Fez orçamento, aprovei, paguei, levei o celular. Coloquei meu chip, não funciona nem alto falante, nem microfone, ou seja não funciona. Levei de volta. Abriram novamente e disseram que não sabia o que era. Resultado, paguei e o celular não funciona. Péssimo!!! Atendimento péssimo!!! Não recomendo.
Awful!! I took my cell phone with a broken screen, but everything worked correctly, the only problem was the difficulty in viewing and difficulty in typing. Made a budget, approved, paid, took my cell phone. I put my chip in, neither speaker nor microphone works, that is, it doesn't work. I took it back. They opened it again and said they didn't know what it was. Result, I paid and the cell phone does not work. Terrible!!! Terrible service!!! I do not recommend.
