★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um fone Bluetooth caro com nota e suposta garantia e tudo nessa loja , o mesmo mostrando defeito uma semana depois levei pra la de volta ,aí sim fui mau atendido e disseram que não poderia nem fazer uma possível assistência ou mesmo trocar pois a dona não estava e não tinham previsão de quando estaria , mas na hora de vender as tralhas defeituosas deles te tratam bem, quero distância dessa fraude de loja nem na calçada desses impostores passo mais,agora entendi o porque de help smart vc vai precisar de muita ajuda e socorro se vc entrar nessa estabelecimento , tá aqui meu desabafo .
I bought an expensive Bluetooth headset with note and supposed warranty and everything in this store, the same showing defect a week later I took it back, then I was poorly attended and said they could not even make a possible assistance or even change because the owner did not I was and had no prediction when it would be, but when selling their faulty treats treat you well, I want away from this store fraud or the sidewalk of these imposters step more, now I understand why help smart you will need a lot of help and help if u enter this establishment, I am here my outburst.

Sempre há falta de produtos essenciais, e os preços são absurdos. Me senti lesada.
Nunca mais piso o pé nessa loja. Mude, o que mudar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá, no início do ano levei meu celular (A21s) para assistência técnica Help Smart em Franco da Rocha. Nunca levei numa assistência técnica antes de aparecer esse problema ai, fui arrumar os botões de volume power e quando peguei meu celular ele veio com dois defeitos no som estourado e depois de uns dias parou de funcionar a entrada do carregador. Liguei para assistência técnica, a mulher foi super grossa comigo e disse que não tinha nada a ver esse problema,que não abriram meu celular e abriram sim, tive que até pagar a mais pra mudar o lado e abriram o meu celular SIM, por que trocaram, antes de levar na assistência a anos o celular não estava com esses problemas ai, tive a dois anos e nunca apareceu esse problemas ai. Reclamei e arrumaram meu celular. Ai quando me deram o celular não me devolveram a nota e o papel preenchido e o que foi feito, os valores tudo certinho, mas ainda bem que tirei foto!!!! E quando entregaram meu celular, continuou com o problema no auto falante e não arrumaram, somente a entrada do meu carregador, mas depois de um tempo voltou a não carregar denovo, queria que arrumassem de uma vez pois sempre agora vou ter que ficar arrumando a entrada do carregador? Sendo que antes nunca apresentou problemas! LOGO VOU NO PROCON!!!!!
Hello, at the beginning of the year I took my cell phone (A21s) to Help Smart technical assistance in Franco da Rocha. I never took it to a technical assistance before this problem appeared, I went to fix the power volume buttons and when I got my cell phone it came with two defects in the burst sound and after a few days the charger input stopped working. I called for technical assistance, the woman was super rude to me and said that it had nothing to do with this problem, that they did not open my cell phone and they did, I even had to pay extra to change the side and they opened my cell YES, why they changed it, before taking it to the assistance for years, the cell phone did not have these problems there, I had it two years ago and this problem never appeared there. I complained and they fixed my cell phone. Oh, when they gave me the cell phone, they didn't give me back the note and the filled paper and what was done, the values were all right, but I'm glad I took a picture!!!! And when they delivered my cell phone, the problem continued with the speaker and they didn't fix it, only my charger input, but after a while it didn't charge again, I wanted them to fix it at once because now I'll always have to keep fixing the charger input? Never had any problems before! SOON I'M GOING TO PROCON!!!!!
