★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui obrigada a colocar 1 estrela mais merece 0 péssimo atendimento mandei uma cotação por e-mail mais de 2 dias e nada de responder, tentei ligar na central deles que cuida dos e-mails e nada, a pessoa responsável (Jeane) não atende e não dão nenhuma satisfação, e ainda desligaram o telefone na minha cara quando insisti em falar com ela é uma falta de respeito imensa com o cliente.
 I was forced to put 1 star more deserves 0 bad service I sent a quote by email for more than 2 days and nothing to answer, I tried to call their central who takes care of the emails and nothing, the responsible person (Jeane) does not answer and they don't give any satisfaction, and they even hung up on me when I insisted on talking to her is a huge lack of respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aqui na Heltran tudo é muito demorado . nao sei se falta pessoas ou sao mau organizado,no recebimento é muito demorado e não tem local pra ficar esperando pelo recebimento e nem estacionamento para o veiculo.
hoje estive aqui as 11:55 hs e so pude entrar nafila depois das 13:10 ja tinha 9 na frente....ruimmmm
here at Heltran everything takes a long time. I don't know if people are lacking or they are poorly organized, the reception is very time consuming and there is no place to wait for the reception or parking for the vehicle.
today I was here at 11:55 am and I was only able to enter the queue after 13:10 I already had 9 in the front .... maummm
