 Horrible, experience. Appointment, pregnant 6 months, when I arrive there is no doctor. She just left with a scheduled patient. Outraged!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei limpo, moderno e organizado. Só acho péssimo o serviço telefônico. Antes da pandemia serviam café da manhã para as pessoas que iam fazer exame de sangue em jejum. Minha mãe também é cliente daqui.
I found it clean, modern and organized. I just think the phone service is terrible. Before the pandemic they served breakfast for people who were going to have a blood test on an empty stomach. My mother is also a client here.

More than 80 calls and no one answers, exams are delayed and there is no way to talk to an attendant.

Reception is usually very full, but overall, the service is excellent, from the collection to the coffee lord after the fasting exams!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As recepcionistas são atenciosas, porém a médica Flávia Pimenta sequer fez uma anamnese básica comigo. Aparentemente estava mais interessada em se livrar da paciente do que verdadeiramente tratar meu problema.
The receptionists are attentive, but the doctor Flávia Pimenta didn't even do a basic anamnesis with me. Apparently I was more interested in getting rid of the patient than actually treating my problem.
