★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez no Hemoba Feira de Santana, nooossa, tamanha satisfação em poder ser atendido por uma equipe extremamente profissional e carismática. Digo com grande convicção, nem nem parece que se trata de um órgão público, tamanha é a organização do local.
Ambiente limpo e aconchegante. Sim, apesar de já esperarmos que seja limpo, afinal, estamos falando de um ambiente ambulatorial, mas a sensação de que tudo lá é uma constante. O que favorece ainda mais o sentimento de bem estar é o atendimento, digo de todos, desde de o cargo menor até o cargo mais elevado, que acredito ser o do médico. Todos muito carismáticos, sorridentes, super motivadores e criteriosos ao tirar as dúvidas. Muito receptivos e solicitos.
Sim, fiquei tão maravilhado que esqueci até de pegar o atestado na saída.
A técnica de enfermagem que me atendeu, super de boa e com uma mão leve que me deixou bem confortável. A todo momento perguntava como estava me sentindo e ainda tirou foto minha segurando minha bolsa de sangue.
Essa foi a doação que mais prazerosa que vivenciei.
