★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gostei muito do corte e do atendimento, minha insatisfação foi com a falta de transparência na cobrança, eles estão com uma promoção na beautyweek, o combo diz 80 reais, porém na hora de pagar foi 120, pq com o Henry é mais caro, só que eu perguntei antes pelo WhatsApp e me informaram que seria com qualquer profissional

Agora o profissional Henry não tinha aparecido até as 12:40...meu horário 11:00hs.... a manicure marcada para 12:00, eram 12:40 e nem satisfação, estão fazendo o teste de mecha no meu cabelo desde as 11:00 e só me disseram q o profissional (Henry) teve um imprevisto , estou assim pra lá de satisfeita com O atendimento , já q o valor é super em conta 710,00 só para fazer o cabelo

Well, second time I come and the first time ok
Now the professional Henry didn't show up until 12:40...my time 11:00h.... the manicure scheduled for 12:00, it was 12:40 and not even satisfied, they've been doing the strand test on my hair since at 11:00 and they only told me that the professional (Henry) had an unforeseen event, I am so beyond satisfied with the service, since the value is super affordable 710.00 just to do the hair
