★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo o atendimento foi bom, depois que fizemos o pedido determinaram uma data de entrega na qual só foi entregue uma semana depois do prazo, mandava mensagem perguntando, pedindo foto pra ver como estava ficando, assim como todo cliente se preocupa mas não recebia retorno, o pedido foi de 20 peças e chegou só 19, faltando uma e por se tratar de uma camiseta de formandos eu me responsabilizei pelos valores de cada aluno, a camiseta que ficou faltando se trata de uma aluna q ficou muito decepcionada e mesmo assim eles alegam terem feito e entregue mas não foi! Após o ocorrido o atendimento começou a ficar péssimo, até iriamos mandar fazer mais 10 porém o ocorrido deixou a duvidar da empresa, muito decepcionado com a empresa e aguardando reembolso! 2 estrelas pela qualidade do produto, adoraria avaliar bem assim como os outros clientes mas não tive a mesma experiência!
At first, the service was good, after we placed the order, they set a delivery date which was only delivered a week after the deadline, I sent a message asking, asking for a photo to see how it was, just as every customer is concerned but did not receive a return , the order was for 20 pieces and only 19 arrived, one missing and because it was a graduates T-shirt I took responsibility for the values of each student, the shirt that was missing is a student who was very disappointed and even so they claim to have done and delivered but it wasn't! After the incident, the service started to get terrible, we were even going to have another 10 done, but what happened left us doubting the company, very disappointed with the company and waiting for a refund! 2 stars for the quality of the product, I would love to rate it as well as other customers but I didn't have the same experience!

AND WE ARE ALREADY ORDERING OTHER PARTS. ACTUALLY THE JACKETS ARE WONDERFUL. IT IS OUR COMPANY BUSINESS CARD. OUR CUSTOMERS SAY THEY ARE WELL MADE AND BEAUTIFUL. I RECOMMEND WHERE I GO.
