★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atenção ao cliente no início foi impecável, mas o garçom não tem o costume de confirmar o pedido com o cliente. Meu amigo pediu algo 'meio' mas veio 'inteiro' - ao contestar no fim, o garçom simplesmente disse antipáticamente 'você pediu inteiro'.
O chopp estava bom, já o pastel de nata não vale o preço.
Ambiente é bem agradável, mas poderiam por mais um telão em dias de futebol.
Customer service at the beginning was impeccable, but the waiter is not used to confirming the order with the customer. My friend ordered something 'half' but it came 'whole' - when contesting at the end the waiter simply said unsympathetically 'you ordered whole'.
The draft beer was good, the pastel de nata is not worth the price.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, but they could put another big screen on football days.

No Brasil os garçons ganham salários para trabalhar e serem educados do começo ao fim, até pq eu paguei a comida... As pessoas não tem obrigação de pagar a taxa, simples assim. Sim, o valor extra pode ir para eles mas eu tenho direito de não pagar. Não recebo valor extra pq sou educada com meus clientes. Sejam educados e quando o cliente não pagar a conta, continuem sorrindo pelo menos com fingimento... Até pq eles podem frequentar mais vzs e isso ajuda a manter o emprego de todos.
Amazing food, good service but the waiter was angry because we didn't pay the fee. In Brazil, waiters earn wages to work and be educated from beginning to end, until I paid for the food... People are not obligated to pay the fee, simple as that. Yes, the extra amount can go to them but I have the right not to pay. I don't get extra value because I'm polite with my customers. Be polite and when the customer doesn't pay the bill, keep smiling at least pretending... Until because they can attend more times and this helps to keep everyone's job.

We went to dinner, we ordered paella for two people and the truth is that it was very tasty. The portion is quite generous. I highly recommend it ??
