No ato da compra a pessoa do caixa perguntou se eu gostaria de fazer o cadastro eu recusei. Volto no dia seguinte para efetuar a troca e outra equipe. Um atendimento diferente. Para a troca exigiram todos os meus dados e quando me recusei a atendente disse que sem não poderia fazer a troca. Minha pergunta, se para vender não foi necessário, porque para a troca sim. A apresentação da NF nao seria suficiente. Sem contar a forma como foi colocada a exigência.
