My experience at Hering Kids was great. I just wanted to buy a nice T-shirt and ended up making a great purchase, including more items, with good cost / benefit. The seller, very attentive, contributed to this result. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja sozinha com 2 crianças pequenos (gêmeos com 3 anos e 8 meses), que estavam impossíveis de controlar, mas eu precisava comprar um presente. As vendedoras foram tão atenciosas que pegaram bexiga e folha para eles desenharem para eu conseguir ver as araras de roupas e conseguir comprar o que eu precisava. Foi expetacular!
I went to the store alone with 2 small children (twins aged 3 years and 8 months) who were impossible to control, but I needed to buy a gift. The salespeople were so attentive that they took the bladder and leaf for them to draw so that I could see the clothes racks and be able to buy what I needed. It was spectacular!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima. Comprei um tênis pra minha filha e com 9 dias de uso o tênis rasgou. Fui na loja pra efetuar a troca com a nota fiscal e não fizeram a troca por eu não ter a caixa. Um absurdo, nunca mais compro nessa loja. Fujam!!!!
Very bad. I bought a sneaker for my daughter and with 9 days of use the sneaker tore. I went to the store to make the exchange with the invoice and they didn't make the exchange because I didn't have the box. Absurd, I never buy from that store again. Run away !!!!
