★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja e atendentes estavam no celular, o que me atendeu agiu com descaso, talvez porque eu estava vestido com roupas simples do dia a dia. Só queria umas camisetas como as que compro todos os anos da Hering....saí chateado da loja. Péssimo atendimento.
 I went to the store and the attendants were on their cell phone, the one who answered me acted with indifference, maybe because I was dressed in simple everyday clothes. I just wanted some T-shirts like the ones I buy every year from Hering....I left the store upset. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estava passando com o meu marido na frente da loja, e nós íamos entrar para dar uma olhada, mas estava tocando funk muito auto e ainda tinha umas meninas dançando! ná hora que viram a gente pararam. Por favor a Hering já foi melhor.
I was hanging out with my husband in front of the store, and we were going in to check it out, but I was playing very self funk and still had some dancing girls! When they saw us, they stopped. Please, Hering has been better.

Depois disso, perguntei no WhatsApp da loja se era possível fazer uma troca e nem mesmo uma resposta recebi, não são obrigados a trocar, mas bloquear as respostas de um cliente é falta de educação, ainda mais quando bombardeiam seu celular com mensagens. Nessa loja não compro mais nada

Como todo estabelecimento na pandemia precisa de alguma reposição na coleção. Mas no geral a loja é linda, aconchegante e com roupas confortáveis q é o forte da marca. Tudo de bom. 10
It's close to home, so when I need a T-shirt or flip-flops, I go there. It has parking at the door with several spaces, humble and friendly service. Like any establishment in the pandemic, it needs some replacement in the collection. But in general the store is beautiful, cozy and with comfortable clothes q is the strong point of the brand.
