★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que eu mais gostei foi o atendimento. A atendente foi muito agradável, estava atenta as minhas necessidades e o preço é razoável. A loja também é bem organizada.
 What I liked the most was the service. The attendant was very pleasant, was attentive to my needs and the price was reasonable. The store is also well organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu marido decidimos trocar todo o nosso guarda roupas. Nossos amigos e familiares recomendaram a Hering pela qualidade das roupas. Chamei meu marido para irmos ao BH outlet, pois lá tinha uma unidade que pelas fotos me parecia maior. Foi o maior arrependimento da minha vida. Em 14 anos com meu marido nunca presenciei tanto desrespeito com ele e também comigo. O espaço hering estava vazio, havia mais 2 clientes na loja e alguns funcionários. Meu marido gostou de uma peça, mas tinha algumas dúvidas, se dirigiu a um funcionário em tom audível, que o ignorou completamente. Tentou outro funcionário o tratamento foi o mesmo. O gerente agiu da mesmíssima forma. O outro cliente que estava perto de nós chamou e o mesmo funcionário que ignorou meu marido foi atendê-lo prontamente. A diferença: o senhor que havia chamado o funcionário era branco, meu marido não. Ao chegarmos no caixa, o senhor estava levando uma peça de roupa e foi muito bem atendido pela caixa e até o gerente sorriu para ele. Quando eu passei com meu marido não tivemos nem um bom dia, cara fechada do gerente, a caixa também. O cliente anterior recebeu a sacola da loja, a pesquisa de satisfação. Eu recebi a sacola de outro lugar e não recebi a pesquisa. Eu só levei algumas peças porque tenho muita dificuldade em comprar roupas e raramente gosto de algo "de cara". Mas me senti muito desrespeitada e vi como a Hering trata seus clientes e a diferença que faz pela aparência física e pela cor das pessoas. Estou deixando meu relato para quem sabe alguém tome alguma providência, pois vi que o mau atendimento é comum nesse lugar (antes tivesse lido os comentários antes de perdeu meu tempo indo a esta loja), mas RACISMO em pleno século 21, é inadmíssivel.
My husband and I decided to change our entire wardrobe. Our friends and family have recommended Hering for the quality of the clothes. I called my husband to go to the BH outlet, because there was a unit there that, according to the photos, seemed bigger to me. It was the biggest regret of my life. In 14 years with my husband I have never seen so much disrespect for him and also for me. The hering space was empty, there were 2 more customers in the store and some employees. My husband liked a play, but he had some doubts, he addressed an employee in an audible tone, who completely ignored him. Tried another employee the treatment was the same. The manager acted the same way. The other customer who was close to us called and the same employee who ignored my husband went to serve him promptly. The difference: the gentleman who had called the employee was white, my husband was not. When we arrived at the cashier, the gentleman was taking a piece of clothing and was very well attended by the cashier and even the manager smiled at him. When I went with my husband we didn't even have a good day, the manager's frown, the cashier too. The previous customer received the bag from the store, the satisfaction survey. I received the bag from elsewhere and did not receive the survey. I only took a few pieces because I have a hard time shopping for clothes and I rarely like something "right away". But I felt very disrespected and I saw how Hering treats its customers and the difference it makes to people's physical appearance and color. I'm leaving my report for someone who knows to take some action, because I saw that bad service is common in this place (I would have read the comments before I wasted my time going to this store), but RACISM in the 21st century is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem peças muito boas, qualidade excelente. Mas o atendimento da gerência, péssimo. Nunca fui tão mal atendida pagando uma compra. Gerente muito ignorante e grosseira, absurdo um atendimento desse.
The store has very good parts, excellent quality. But the management service, terrible. I've never been so poorly served by paying for a purchase. Manager very ignorant and rude, an absurd service like that.
