★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Fui trocar roupas de Natal e rispidamente informaram que não poderiam realizar a troca pois o "motivo" é que a compra não foi realizada ali.
Creio que a marca precisa rever suas filiais já que não possui representatividade. Entrarei com reclamação junto ao SAC para que tomem conhecimento de tal evento desagradável e desnecessário

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja se recusa a trocar produtos comprados em outra, a vendedora nesta época do ano (pós natal) já fica na porta barrando quem tem esta intenção, ignorando o fato que as trocas fomentam uma nova compra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com as araras com preços promocionais. Consta placa com valores bem atrativos em letras enormes e abaixo em letras mínimas a frase a partir de... O valor que será cobrado, esta marcado com caneta vermelha na etiqueta do valor original da peça. A maioria das peças com valores bem diferentes do que conta na tal placa. A vendedora avisa que por ser peça de promoção não é possível trocar mas em momento nenhum alerta sobre o valor real da peça . Quando analisar a nota fiscal vai se tocar que pagou outro valor e não vai poder trocar. Tive que ficar com as tais peças de "promoção" e troquei outras que estavam mais baratas no site. Nunca mais vou nessa loja acho mais seguro comprar pelo site porque não tem esse tipo de "pegadinha" Fica a dica!

I had to keep the "promotion" pieces and I replaced others that were cheaper on the site. I'll never go to that store again, I think it's safer to buy on the site because it doesn't have this kind of "gotcha" Here's a tip!

E ficou olhando pra mim esperando que eu saísse da loja contente com essa resposta. NÃO comprem ai. Esse é o tipo de tratamento que você vai receber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é boa as atendes atenciosas mais a moça que fica no caixa é muito mau educada eu e meu filho fomos na loja dia 13/12 /2021 estava muito calor enquanto fui ao provador meu filho ficou sentado perto do ventilador essa moça que fica no caixa foi e desligou ela fez isso porque eu não vi porque se tivesse visto tinha deixado as roupas lá e feito um barraco o jeito dela mau morada não serve pra atender pessoas , foi a segunda vez que tinha ido a primeira já não tinha gostado do jeito dela falar e atender grossa mais dessa vez foi a última.
