Sugiro a gestão olhar com mais cuidado os profissionais do caixa que não são atenciosos, faltando zelo e respeito aos clientes, como por exemplo não olha na cara, não abre um sorriso e transmite ar de indiferença. Não recomendo! O cuidado com os clientes ficou por esquecido.
The salespeople are attentive in the standard note 7. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo , comprei roupas na loja do Esplanada - Iguatemi, para presentear um amigo , a namorada dele foi trocar nessa loja em Itu, pois o número não serviu, e além de ser pessimamente atendida a vendedora disse que não podia trocar pois não tinha a coleção no sistema , uma vergonha.
