★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja da Av Pedro Lessa, na terça-feira, dia 28/01/20, um pouco antes das 10h, havia consultado sobre o horário de abertura da loja na internet, que estava as 10h. Porém, alterado para as 10h10, cf constatei hj. Que coincidência....!!!!! Quando duas funcionárias chegaram, questionei sobre o horário de abertura, uma disse 10h15 a outra 10h20, eu disse sobre o horário da internet, disseram que estava errado, pois as 10h entravam elas, para tomar café da manhã, o que????!!!!!! Absurdo!!!!! Muito contrariada uma terceira funcionária , abriu a porta as 10h retrucando comigo, que achei melhor ir embora devido a tanta falta de profissionalismo e compromisso com o cliente. Impressionante, num período de crise do país, funcionários de uma loja adotem esse tipo de comportamento. Gosto muito da confecção da Hering, essa loja é próxima de casa, mas, infelizmente, perdeu uma cliente.
I went to the Av Pedro Lessa store, on Tuesday, 01/28/20, just before 10 am, I had consulted about the opening hours of the store on the internet, which was 10 am. However, changed to 10:10 am, I found hj. What a coincidence....!!!!! When two employees arrived, I asked about the opening hours, one said 10:15 am to another 10:20 am, I said about the internet time, they said it was wrong, because 10:00 am they came in to have breakfast, what ???? !!!!!! Absurd!!!!! Very upset by a third employee, she opened the door at 10 am replying to me, that I thought it best to leave due to so much lack of professionalism and commitment to the client. Impressively, in a period of crisis in the country, store employees adopt this type of behavior. I really like Hering's clothing, this store is close to home, but unfortunately, it lost a customer.
