E não é a primeira vez da outra vez fui super mal atendida essa loja do shopping não recomendo pra ninguém nota zero deveria fechar essa porcaria. Não fazem troca cuidado na hora de comprar.
Bad service I went to change clothes and they didn't change because it was bought in another Hering I have never seen it in my life .... And it is not the first time the other time I was super poorly attended this store in the mall I do not recommend to anyone, zero score should close this filth. Do not exchange care when buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gerente da loja tem um péssimo atendimento, não foi atenciosa, vim fazer uma troca ela recusou o produto pois disse que estava avariado. Logo em seguida uma atendente conferiu e notou que não tinha defeito algum. Gerente Despreparada para o atendimento ao cliente.

Excellent service, helpful people, at the end of the year at busy times, it is always quite common to have some annoyances. But everything is resolved in a simple conversation... changing clothes and/or etc...
