★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido pela nendedora porem mal interpretado pelo gerente ao comprar uma calça de moleton que apos a primeira lavagem se manchou. nem fizeram questão de entrar em contato com o fabricante e sim me culpar pela ma lavagem, sem que foi lavada de acordo com as recomendações da etiqueta. Pelo menos a minha experiencia com a loja foi essa.
I was very well assisted by the nendedora but misinterpreted by the manager when I bought a pair of sweatpants that got stained after the first wash. they didn't even make a point of contacting the manufacturer but blame me for the bad wash, without having washed it according to the label's recommendations. At least my experience with the store was that.
