★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo.enteei na loja para trocar um presente que estava devidamente dobrado na embalagem que ganhei .primeiro que aí entrar tive que chamar a moça para me atender pois haviam três conversando e de costas para a porta principal de entrada.a mesma né atendeu dizendo que eu não poderia trocar a peça por ser de promoção .ok ..tudo bem.porem a mesma pegoua minha blusa embolou dentro da embalagem e ainda embolou a embalagem com a mão e me devolveu tudo amassado .eu ainda disse vc amassou a minha embalagem .achei aquilo horrível.nao me perguntou se eu queria ver outra peça se eu desejava algo mais sendo que eu saí de casa para ir lá com a intenção de fazer essa troca e TB compras de natal.sinceramenre fiquei apavorada com péssimo atendimento dela.foi a primeira vez que entro nesta loja a e não volto nunca mais .comentei com minha mãe e ela disse que TB foi mal atendida .só compro na heringue da praia da costa e ainda pedem para valorizarmos comércio local .tudo ruim.nota zero.eu deveria ter perguntado nome da vendedora para que ela aprenda atender clientes.nota zero o está loja .
Lousy service. I sat in the store to exchange a gift that was properly folded in the packaging I received. I couldn’t change the piece because it was a promotion. ok .. okay… but it took my blouse and wrapped it in the packaging and even wrapped the packaging with my hand and returned everything crumpled. I still said you crumpled my packaging I did not know if I wanted to see another piece, if I wanted something more, I left the house to go there with the intention of making this exchange and TB shopping for Christmas. I was really terrified by her terrible service. the first time i enter this store and i will never come back. I commented with my mother and she said that TB was poorly served. I only buy at the beach of the coast and they still ask us to value local trade .all bad.note zero.eu I should have asked the salesperson's name so she can learn to serve customers. Note zero this is the store.
