Comprei um apartamento NOVO em 2018 que na primeira chuva começou a apresentar infiltrações e outros problemas estruturais como falha na impermeabilização dando infiltração no banheiro para o apartamento de baixo. Vendi o apartamento em 2021 sem que a construtora resolvesse o problema das infiltrações na fachada e na minha unidade. Uma dica? Se puder, fujam dessa péssima experiência que é depender da assistência técnica dessa construtora.
Bad technical assistance, practically non-existent. I bought a NEW apartment in 2018 which, in the first rain, started to show leaks and other structural problems such as waterproofing failure, leaking the bathroom to the apartment below. I sold the apartment in 2021 without the construction company solving the problem of leaks in the facade and in my unit. A hint? If you can, run away from this terrible experience that is to depend on the technical assistance of this construction company.
