★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz matricula para o cursinho da PC, as aulas iniciariam no dia 03/03/2020, porém a turma não foi montada e até agora não obtive nenhuma resposta no zap ou por ligação, algumas parcelas foram estornadas, mas a primeira não, sem sucesso não consigo uma resposta dessa empresa sobre a devolução do que eu paguei no cartão de crédito. O q é mais chato é que não consigo contato com os números disponibilizados no contrato. Me sinto lesada e desrespeitada com essa situação, não recomendo essa empresa a ninguém.
I enrolled for the PC course, classes would start on 03/03/2020, however the class was not assembled and so far I have not received any answer in the zap or by connection, some parcels were reversed, but the first was not unsuccessful I can't get a response from this company about returning what I paid by credit card. What is more annoying is that I cannot contact the numbers provided in the contract. I feel hurt and disrespected with this situation, I do not recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O curso é bom, porém o atendimento ao aluno tanto no telefone e na secretaria, são péssimos. Nos tratam como se tivéssemos pedindo favor. Isso pesa muito para uma instituição de ensino. Quanto a qualidade do ensino, é ótima.
The course is good, but the student service both on the phone and in the office, are terrible. They treat us as if we were asking for favor. This weighs heavily on an educational institution. As for the quality of teaching, it is great.

Venho acompanhando o trabalho de vocês pelo YOUTUBE foco PMPA. aulas excelentes, porém, tem 3 dias que estou tentando entrar com contato para comprar o curso e infelizmente sem êxito. tá complicado, atendimento ao cliente 0. Estão deixando a desejar. se são muitos alunos ao mesmo temo, aumenta o número de funcionários e prioriza o atendimento online. Sou do CE, moro no interior. nos der um suporte melhor!!!

They're leaving something to be desired. if there are many students at the same time, the number of employees increases and prioritizes online service. I'm from CE, I live in the countryside. give us better support !!!
